• Lease confirm the items you received are what you ordered.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 90 days.
• We will accept items returned after 90 days on an inspection basis.
• Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
• Easy return instructions are enclosed with your order.
• Please complete the return form found on the back of your invoice or contact us to receive print a form.
• Package the item(s) securely in the original shipping carton, apply the pre-addressed label found on your invoice, ship package prepaid and insured to the address listed below.

Exchanges and Refunds

• Items returned with a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price in the original method of payment used on the order.
• Items returned without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price. Items may be exchanged for another product or will be refunded in the form of a Perdanatech gift card.
• If replacing your item, regular shipping charges, duty, and taxes will apply.
• We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred by Perdanatech in the shipment of your order.
