Refund & Return Policy


Easy, clear returns for Tools Equipment — shop with confidence at Perdanatech Tools.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns when items meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days from the date you received the order.
  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Please include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety or customization reasons:

  • Customized or special-order.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or clearance

3. How to Initiate a Return

Start your return quickly by contacting our Customer Support. We'll reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and simple shipping instructions.

Required: RAN, order number, reason for return, and at least one photo if the item is damaged.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to our error or a defect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the result. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size, model, or color? Contact us first — exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and verified.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. International Orders

International customers please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping times and costs vary by country.

Important Notes

Perdanatech Tools reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy. Items returned without a valid RAN may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
