Certain items cannot be returned for safety or customization reasons:
Start your return quickly by contacting our Customer Support. We'll reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and simple shipping instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the result. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Need a different size, model, or color? Contact us first — exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and verified.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Perdanatech Tools reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy. Items returned without a valid RAN may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
